Trixion – Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Trixion. We’re proud to offer premium gym wear designed to support your movement and performance. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help make it right.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with any tags attached.

For hygiene reasons, leotards are non-returnable if they have been worn.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Non-returnable items include:

Items marked as final sale

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Refunds will not be issued for items that do not meet the return criteria
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for sizing issues and faulty items (subject to availability). To request an exchange, please email us at Trixion.collection@outlook.com with your order number and exchange details.
Ambassador Policy
We value our Trixion ambassadors and are happy to offer:

One free exchange on your first order – we’ll cover the return postage

For any future exchanges or refund requests, you’ll need to cover return postage costs
All other return conditions apply (items must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, etc.).
Return Shipping
Unless otherwise stated (e.g. first ambassador exchange), customers are responsible for return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Trixion is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
