Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Pre Orders will mention the lead time of that product.
During busy periods (like product launches or sales), processing times may be slightly longer—we appreciate your patience.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
Estimated Delivery Times:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to activate.

While we are not responsible for delays or lost items once handed to the courier, we’ll do our best to help resolve any issues.
